How can I place an order?

Can I modify or cancel my order after purchase?
If you need to make changes, please contact us at support@montreve.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once your order is packed or shipped, we are unable to modify it.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. Montreve pieces arrive in premium packaging, ready for gifting. Additional wrapping or personalized notes can be added at checkout.

We ship worldwide except where restricted by carriers or local customs.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied, items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition and packaging. Please contact support@montreve.com to initiate a return.
Do you cover return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Exchanges can be requested within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
Product Care & Warranty
Are Montreve pieces waterproof?
Most of our watches are water-resistant to varying depths. Please check individual product specifications for details. Jewelry and accessories should be kept away from prolonged exposure to water or harsh chemicals.
How should I care for my pieces?
We recommend wiping your items with a soft cloth after wear, storing them in their original case, and avoiding direct exposure to perfumes, oils, or cleaning agents.
Do Montreve watches come with a warranty?
Yes. Every Montreve watch is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Other Questions
Will I need to pay customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to import taxes or duties imposed by your local customs office. These charges are not included in Montreve’s shipping fees and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
